Job description

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Supervisor / Engineer to oversee and manage all finishing activities across our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality execution, timely delivery, and strict adherence to specifications.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise finishing works including painting, flooring, false ceiling, carpentry, joinery, aluminum / glass works, waterproofing, and interiors.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, material approvals, and quality benchmarks.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution.
Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Conduct regular inspections, snagging, and quality checks before handover.
Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and quality records.
Optimize manpower, materials, and resources to improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety standards at site.

Requirements :

Minimum 15 years of experience with a reputed developer, contracting company, or interior firm .

Strong knowledge of finishing works, materials, and industry best practices.

Experience in handling large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple teams and vendors simultaneously.
