Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Incharge located in Kolkata. The Site Incharge will oversee daily construction site operations and manage project execution to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. Key responsibilities include supervising site activities, coordinating with engineers and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, preparing progress reports, and resolving any on-site challenges as they arise. The role demands effective leadership to facilitate smooth workflow and collaboration among project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of site management, construction processes, and quality assurance
• Proficiency in supervising daily on-site operations and coordinating workflow
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in contract management, cost estimation, and schedule tracking tools
• Ability to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with relevant professional certifications as a plus
• Prior experience in managing on-site construction for large-scale projects
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders
