Key Responsibilities Build, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube
Conduct in-depth keyword research, intent mapping, and audience segmentation
Design experimentation frameworks for bidding strategies, creatives, and landing pages
Monitor performance metrics and translate insights into long-term strategic recommendations
Manage budgets, pacing, forecasts, and KPIs with a disciplined, attentive approach
Collaborate with creative, analytics, and brand teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and full-funnel alignment
Stay informed on platform updates, automation tools, and new performance opportunities
Help develop internal best practices and contribute to WPP’s performance methodologies
Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with strong, measurable results
A strategic, analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data beyond surface-level metrics
Excellent communication skills — articulate, professional, and grounded in clear reasoning
A disciplined, self-directed work ethic suited to remote collaboration
Deep understanding of search behavior, conversion tracking, bidding models, and funnel dynamics
