Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Gopalganj. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including identifying and engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions. The role also involves delivering excellent customer service, conducting training sessions, and managing sales teams to ensure targets are met. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will analyze market trends, prepare sales reports, and collaborate with other departments to drive overall business growth.

• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Ability to deliver and coordinate Training
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Capability to work collaboratively and independently
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
