Job descriptionJob Title : Business Analyst Job Location : HO, Chennai Job Division : Business Excellence Reports to : Chief Transformational Officer
Description :
- To lead the strategic planning exercise with 3-5 year plans and business objectives
- To support and ensure regular MIS from Finance, Procurement, HR, QEHS, Legal, etc
- To lead the review cadence and ensure follow-up actions
- To analyse management reports and come up with key risks and trends
- To engage with external stakeholders like consultants, coaches, etc
- Currently a part of Business Excellence function of a large organisation
- Well versed in renewable energy industry with specific experience in managing Solar & Wind portfolio
- Minimum of 8 years of experience
- Masters Degree in a relevant field
