We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Manager People Analytics & Payroll to oversee end-to-end payroll, HR data reporting, and support compensation & benefits processes.

This role sits at the intersection of operations, compliance, analytics, and total rewards, is critical to enable data-driven people decisions.

While day-to-day execution is supported by a team member, this role will lead the function, bring in automation, design scalable processes, and ensure compliance with zero error mindset.

What will you get to do here?.

Payroll Management

• Lead the end-to-end payroll framework for the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
• Oversee and optimize payroll operations; guide and review all inputs and processes.
• Drive automation and process reengineering to reduce manual interventions and increase accuracy.
• Design and implement controls for payroll compliance, including audits, reconciliations, and governance practices.
• Set up clear SLAs, escalation mechanisms, and documentation protocols.
