T24 SME – Conventional & Islamic Banking

Experience : 15+ years

Employment Type : Full-time

Location : Rupa Solitaire, MBP, Navi Mumbai

Role Overview

We are hiring a senior T24 SME (Temenos) with strong expertise in Conventional and Islamic Banking modules . The SME will play a key role in providing deep-domain guidance, functional validation, and end-to-end support for banking programs in the GCC region. The position requires a strong command over T24 functionality and the ability to mentor testing teams and business users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide functional leadership across T24 Conventional and Islamic Banking modules .
  • Work with business and IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Support SIT, UAT, and BAU activities through domain expertise.
  • Conduct training sessions for QA teams and guide testers on complex banking flows.
  • Collaborate with GCC-region business users, providing clarifications, support, and knowledge transfer.
  • Assist in customer migration exercises, especially Conventional to Islamic migration (preferred).
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation including business rules, workflows, and validation scenarios.
  • Lead analysis for change requests, enhancements, and BAU issues.

Skills & Capabilities

Must-Have :

  • 15+ years of total experience with strong hands-on T24 expertise.
  • Deep functional knowledge of Conventional and Islamic Banking modules .
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working on GCC-based banking programs.
  • Strong understanding of retail, corporate, and Islamic banking workflows.
  • Ability to train testing teams and hand-hold business stakeholders.
  • Excellent documentation and functional analysis skills.
  • Good to Have :

  • Experience in migration from Conventional to Islamic Banking window .
  • Strong exposure to BAU environments and T24 enhancement cycles.
  • Ability to manage offshore delivery for GCC clients.
