Lead Recruiter – Core Tech

, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting for US clients and uplevel a pod to deliver faster, with quality.

What you’ll do

Lead

end-to-end recruiting

for US roles in data engineering / analytics, CRM, cloud, and integration.

Convert vague JDs into

clear, winnable reqs

via sharp discovery with Delivery / AE / HM.

Build candidate pipelines via

JobDiva, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, communities, meetups

• Screen for technical fit and role outcomes;

negotiate

compensation / rates and close.

Manage

MSP / VMS submissions

prep candidates for interviews.

Maintain

pristine ATS hygiene

publish weekly progressdashboards.

Mentor

1–2 recruiters / sourcers on search strategy and outreach quality.

What you’ve done

5–8+ years in

US IT recruiting

proven closures in at least

two

of : Snowflake / Databricks, AWS / Azure / GCP, Salesforce / ServiceNow, Workato / MuleSoft / Boomi.

Solid grasp of

US tax / visa

fluent with

VMS / MSP

environments.

Expert

Boolean / X-ray

strong storytelling in outreach.

Comfortable with client-facing intakes and partnering tightly with Delivery.
