Project Manager (Smartsheet Specialist)

Job descriptionPlan, schedule, and manage project scope, timelines, and dependencies. Build and maintain Smartsheet project plans, dashboards, reports, automations, and portfolio views. Drive stand-ups, weekly reviews, RAID logs, and stakeholder updates. Coordinate design, engineering, and QA to ensure on-time, quality delivery. Track risks / changes, manage priorities, and keep documentation up to date. Define and improve lightweight processes for repeatable delivery. 3+ years in project / program management (IT / digital / product). Strong, demonstrable Smartsheet skills (Grid, Gantt, Card / Kanban, Forms, Automation, Dashboards, Reports, Control Centre or equivalent portfolio setup). Familiar with Jira / Asana / ClickUp / Trello and general PM tooling. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and meeting facilitation. Experience leading distributed teams and vendor / contractor coordination. Ability to work overlapping Canadian time zone hours. PMP / CSM / Agile certifications. International client experience. Understanding of SDLC, release management, and basic QA practices. Competitive and commensurate with experience.
