We’re looking for a data-driven, customer-obsessed Associate Product Manager who thrives on solving real-world problems and understanding users at a deep level. You’ll play a key role in owning and improving the end-to-end interior material buying journey.

What You’ll Do

Customer Journey Ownership : Understand, map, and optimize the full customer funnel — discovery, engagement, and purchase - to deliver seamless experiences.

Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis : Break down complex problems to their grass-root level, find patterns in data, and craft structured solutions.

Data-Driven Decision-Making : Use analytics tools to uncover friction points, measure impact, and guide every product decision with evidence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with design, engineering, growth, and marketing teams to translate insights into high-impact product improvements.

A / B Testing : Plan, execute, and analyze experiments to test hypotheses and optimize user journeys.

Customer Insights : Leverage user feedback, surveys, NPS, and behavioral research to understand customer motivations, preferences, and pain points.

Product Levers : Identify and execute product initiatives that improve conversion, retention, and purchase frequency.

Continuous Optimization : Monitor product performance, define key metrics, and iterate based on insights.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in product management, growth, or product analytics roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or GA4).
• Familiarity with engagement and retention tools like MoEngage, CleverTap, or WebEngage.
• A natural problem-solver with strong attention to detail and a data-first approach.
• Empathetic toward users - you can “sit in the customer’s seat” and visualize their experience end-to-end.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
• A mix of curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking - you don’t stop at symptoms;

you dig until you find the cause.
