Infidigit is an award-winning, AI-powered digital growth partner and SEO specialist agency based in Mumbai. We help leading B2B and B2C brands in India and internationally, across e-commerce, BFSI, and media sectors, to improve their revenues and online visibility through customized search engine marketing strategies.

About the role : Business Director

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Director to lead revenue growth, client acquisition, and overall business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and a proven track record of managing and expanding client accounts in an agency setting.

Key responsibilities : -

  • Business Development :  Drive new client acquisition by identifying, pitching, and securing profitable digital marketing projects for domestic and international markets.
  • Client Relationship Management :  Act as a senior point of contact for key clients, fostering strong, long-lasting relationships and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Strategic Leadership :  Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Work with the delivery team to create winning proposals and articulate Infidigit's value proposition.
  • Account Growth :  Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Infidigit's full suite of services, including SEO, CRO, and content marketing, to existing clients.
  • Team Collaboration :  Partner with the project delivery, SEO, and tech teams to ensure seamless service execution and alignment with client goals.
  • Market Analysis :  Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing technologies to inform business strategy.

Qualifications and skills

  • Relevant experience in business development or a senior account management role, preferably within a digital marketing or IT services agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services, particularly SEO, ASO, and CRO.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage high-performing sales teams.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
