About the role : Business Director
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Director to lead revenue growth, client acquisition, and overall business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and a proven track record of managing and expanding client accounts in an agency setting.
Key responsibilities : -
- Business Development : Drive new client acquisition by identifying, pitching, and securing profitable digital marketing projects for domestic and international markets.
- Client Relationship Management : Act as a senior point of contact for key clients, fostering strong, long-lasting relationships and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Work with the delivery team to create winning proposals and articulate Infidigit's value proposition.
- Account Growth : Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Infidigit's full suite of services, including SEO, CRO, and content marketing, to existing clients.
- Team Collaboration : Partner with the project delivery, SEO, and tech teams to ensure seamless service execution and alignment with client goals.
- Market Analysis : Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing technologies to inform business strategy.
Qualifications and skills
Relevant experience in business development or a senior account management role, preferably within a digital marketing or IT services agency.Strong understanding of digital marketing services, particularly SEO, ASO, and CRO.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage high-performing sales teams.A bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.What we offer
