Senior Data Owner

One of my leading MNC clients is looking for an experienced Senior Data Owner to oversee the Data & Analytics pillar of their FinCrime Platform. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll be part of the FinCrime Steering Committee (SteerCo), driving data strategy, governance, and insights for critical business decisions.

Role & Scope : Own and oversee the Data & Analytics pillar of the FinCrime Platform; active member of the FinCrime Steering Committee (SteerCo).

Key Focus : Develop and implement data strategy, ensure governance, quality, reporting, and drive insights for business decision-making.

Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of data professionals, set performance expectations, and foster growth.

Technical Expertise Required :

• Databricks (DataLake, Jobs, Workflows, Data Catalog).
• Data Factory pipelines , ETL processes, SQL.
• Medallion architecture , data processing, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).

Compliance : Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).

Nice to Have : Exposure to ML / AI concepts and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
