JOB TITLE : DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

EXPERIENCE : 1 to 5 years

SALARY BRACKET : 20K - 30K

LOCATION : DISTRICT CENTER -BHUBANESWAR

JOB DESCRIPTION : -

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels : SEO, SEM / PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, display ads, etc.
• Plan and run online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta / Facebook / Instagram Ads, possibly LinkedIn or other platforms depending on target audience).
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence (content creation, posting schedule, engagement with followers, community management).
• Perform keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO to improve organic search rankings.
• Create / coordinate creation of content : blog posts, graphics, videos, landing pages, email newsletters, ad copies etc.
• Monitor, measure, and analyze campaign performance via analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), prepare reports, draw insights and recommend optimizations.
• Work on conversion rate optimization (CRO) for landing pages, forms, funnels etc.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Collaborate with design, content, sales, product teams to align digital campaigns with overall business goals.
• Manage budgets for paid campaigns; optimize for cost per click (CPC), cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS) etc.
