Job description

Who are we looking for :

Role : Account Management (Senior Specialist)

Qualification : B.Tech, MTech, BCA, MCA

Experience : 5- 8years

Mandatory Skills :

  • Proven experience in account management with a minimum of 5+ years in Account Management.
  • Strong understanding of IT industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Results-driven with a focus on exceeding targets.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Cultivate trusted advisory relationships with accounts, customer stakeholders, and internal partners.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Continuously propose solutions to enhance relationships with existing customers and meet
  • their objectives.

  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with existing clients.
  • Execute account mining strategies to increase current revenue streams.
  • Ensure timely delivery of correct products and services to customers.
  • Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain trust.
  • Contribute significantly to generating new sales and building long-lasting relationships.
  • Prepare regular progress and forecast reports for internal and external stakeholders using
  • key account metrics.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders.
  • Prepare and ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
