Role Description

This is a full-time Merchandise Specialist role based in New Delhi, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows work-from-home flexibility.

The Merchandise Specialist will oversee inventory management, sourcing high-quality products, maintaining vendor relations, and ensuring timely procurement.

They will also manage product listings, monitor trends, assist in product development, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill gifting requirements.

Additionally, they will contribute to enhancing the overall gifting portfolio with innovative ideas and tailored solutions.

Qualifications / Key Skills

• Expertise in Inventory Management and Product Sourcing
• Strong Vendor Management and Negotiation Skills
• Experience in Trend Analysis, Market Research, and Product Development
• Proficiency in Managing Product Listings and Workflow Coordination
• Excellent organization, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work model and effectively collaborate with teams
• Previous experience in the gifting or retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
