If you're passionate about crafting engaging content and building vibrant online communities, this is the role for you. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing and growing the social media presence of our brand and clients.

What You'll Do : Develop and execute social media strategies for various clients, aligned with brand objectives and target audience

Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)

Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting, engagement, and responding to comments / messages

Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance and optimize campaigns

Collaborate with the creative team to design and execute visually appealing content

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices

Handle paid social media campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance analysis

Foster relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and other relevant partners

Monitor and engage with online communities to enhance brand loyalty and advocacy

What We’re Looking For : 2-4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing

Proficiency in managing multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)

Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.)

Strong content creation skills (copywriting, graphic design basics, video editing)

Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for strategy improvements

Creative, out-of-the-box thinking to engage audiences and grow communities

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
