We are seeking a dynamic and presentable Sales Executive to join our decorative lighting showroom in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with walk-in clients, understanding their lighting needs, and offering design-led solutions that elevate their spaces. This role requires excellent communication skills, a flair for presentation, and a strong grip on data handling and Excel.
Key Responsibilities :
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers with product information and recommendations
- Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate lighting solutions
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on the latest trends in decorative lighting
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales
- Maintain and update customer data, sales records, and reports using Excel
- Coordinate with the backend team for order processing and delivery
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom growth
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure high client satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications :
