Key Responsibilities :

• Database and Data Management : Maintain and update our sales database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Manage and analyze sales-related spreadsheets to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Administrative Support : Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including the preparation of sales materials, reports, and presentations.
• Market Research : Conduct market research to identify potential leads, understand market trends, and gather competitive intelligence to support sales strategies.
• Scheduling and Coordination : Assist in organizing and scheduling sales meetings, appointments, and other team events.
• Record Keeping : Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and communication logs.
