Responsibilities :

• 2-3 years of combined experience in Azure Data Engineering projects
• Proficient with Spark topics : pyspark, Databricks, Synapse Notebooks
• Proficient with Azure Data services (like Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Azure security model, Azure Data Lake, …)
• Strong SQL DW knowledge.
• Must have 1+ years of development experience with spark framework.
• Exposure to streaming technologies and messaging bus like Kafka / rabbit MQ.
• Proficient with creating pipelines and activities using both Azure and On-Prem data stores for full and incremental data loads into a Cloud DW
• Proficient in data topics : management, processing, cleaning, transforming, aggregating, security, and modeling using AAS / PBI
• Working knowledge of creating Power BI reports and dashboards
• Must have strong programming skills in altleast one programming language like Python / Java.
• Strong sql and data analysis skills.
• Experience working within a distributed team, following an Agile methodology with a DevOps approach using GIT or TFS
• Bachelor in computer science or related, Master degree considered as a plus
