Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager – Digital to lead recruitment for digital roles across the organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in digital talent markets, strong networking skills, and the ability to design innovative sourcing strategies for attracting professionals in digital transformation, Content, Product, Marketing and Sales domains.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies for digital roles across functions such as digital Sales, , Product Management, UI / UX, technology ,Content, SEO ….
- Partner with business and functional leaders to understand workforce needs, skill gaps, and hiring priorities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and engagement in digital communities.
- Drive employer branding initiatives on digital platforms to enhance visibility and attract top talent.
- Manage recruitment analytics, dashboards, and reports to track hiring performance and optimize processes.
- Lead a team of recruiters and ensure efficient, high-quality hiring within defined timelines.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in the digital talent landscape, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
- Partner with external agencies, consultants, and platforms for niche and leadership hiring in digital domains.
- Ensure a superior candidate experience aligned with the company’s brand values.
Key Skills & Competencies :
Strong understanding of digital ecosystems – marketing technology, social media, e-commerce, analytics, and content.Proven track record in hiring for digital, creative, and tech roles.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.Familiarity with ATS, recruitment analytics tools, and Recruiter.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field.4-6 years of experience in recruitment, focused on digital talent acquisition.Experience in media, digital agencies, e-commerce, or tech-driven organizations preferred.Note : Candidates who have atleast 4 years of experience of Digital hiring and are well networked in the Digital space may only apply.
