System Validation Engineer - Embedded System

Job Description :

• Understanding the application and needed technical skills.
• Evaluate the requirements and define testing scope
• Working on creating testcases based on the scope and other implied functionalities.
• Evaluate the need of automation and work towards the Automation strategy.
• Work with the project team on testing activities and reporting.
• Work on test coverage using the traceability matrix.
• Be part of the requirements review and refinement.
• Work with team for Test reporting and Bug creation and manage the bug lifecycle.
• 2~9 years industry experience in embedded systems,- IoT, and connected product efforts.
• Hands on exposure in any of these- IoT- & internet protocols - LoRA, Wi-Fi, BLE, ZigBee, NB-IoT, M2M,6LoWPAN, Ethernet.
• Exposure of test scripts, test Jigs and production environment testing is must.
• Exposure to work with sensors, microcontrollers, LCD display units etc. and various bus protocols such as UART, I2C, SPI etc in embedded products.
• Knowledge in Test scripts, python programming, test automation frameworks, C programming, and exposure of bug reporting platforms like JIRA, Azure DevOps.
