Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Accountant based in Salem. The Chief Accountant will be responsible for overseeing all accounting activities, preparing financial reports, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. They will manage the accounting team, handle financial audits, and develop strategies to improve financial performance and processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounting and financial management
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and procedures
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and audits
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools especially Tally Prime
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Salem
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
• Minimum 7 years of Experience
