Job Description : ServiceNow Consultant
Location : Remote (India) / Hybrid (Office presence as needed).
Experience : 5 - 10 years.
Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to support our client engagement.
The role involves configuring, implementing, and enhancing ServiceNow modules, primarily ITSM, ITOM, and CSM , with exposure to integrations and automation.
The consultant will work with cross-functional teams to streamline IT and business service delivery :
- Implement, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules : ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools, monitoring platforms, and enterprise systems.
- Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and service catalog items.
- Perform upgrades, patching, and module enhancements to ensure platform stability.
- Provide technical support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Document technical designs, processes, and solution architecture.
- Ensure best practices, performance tuning, and compliance with governance standards.
Required Skills :
Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules.Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions).Knowledge of Integrations (REST / SOAP APIs, MID Server, web services).Familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and Event Management.Experience in Service Portal and Flow Designer.ITIL certification preferred.Excellent communication and client-facing skills.(ref : hirist.tech)
