Are you an experienced VoIP Developer passionate about building high-performance, reliable voice systems?

We’re looking for a skilled Switch / Asterisk Developer with deep expertise in VoIP, FreeSWITCH, and SIP-based call routing to design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-level telephony infrastructure.

This role offers the opportunity to work on scalable communication platforms, collaborate across teams, and contribute to business-critical system stability and innovation.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

VoIP Infrastructure Design & Maintenance :

Configure, deploy, and maintain FreeSWITCH and Kamailio systems, design scalable and secure VoIP architectures.

SIP & Call Routing :

Develop and manage SIP-based call routing for internal / external communications; troubleshoot SIP signaling (Wireshark, sngrep) and optimize routing for LCR and high availability.

System Monitoring & Optimization :

Monitor system performance, capacity, and uptime; implement RTCP / QoS tracking and ensure seamless call quality.

Integration & Support :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate VoIP systems with CRMs and enterprise tools; provide Level 2 / 3 technical support.

Security & Compliance :

Implement VoIP security measures, configure SBCs / firewalls, and ensure compliance with GDPR and HIPAA standards.
