Must Have :

Experience in to Routing, Switching (Cisco) and wireless

Troubleshooting Network Operations issues

Exposure to DR Activities (Network DR)

Good networking protocols and standards such as TCP / IP, OSI, UDP, Layer2(VLANS, STP, VTP), Routing Protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) WAN technologies (IPsec, VPNs, MPLS, Qos)

Knowledge of redundant protocols HSRP, VRRP and GLBP

Experience on ITIL process & handling Incident, change & Problem management

Good to Have : CCNA Certification

Any Firewall knowledge

Minimum Qualification :

• 15 years of full-time education
• Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
