Job descriptionProven experience as a MuleSoft Lead or similar role. Strong expertise in MuleSoft Any point Platform, Mule ESB, Cloud Hub, and API Management. Proficiency in Java, REST / SOAP APIs, and integration patterns. Experience with SOA, EAI, and enterprise integration architecture. Familiarity with CI / CD tools and automated testing frameworks. Deep expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including : API Designer, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Exchange Mule 4.X runtime and DataWeave for data transformation Experience with MuleSoft Connectors (Salesforce, FTP, Database, HTTP, JMS, etc.) Message Queuing systems (Active MQ, Kafka) Proficiency in RAML and OpenAPI specifications for API design MuleSoft certifications (e.G., Certified Platform Architect) are a plus. Experience with enterprise integration platforms, including Magento, Spring Boot, and Salesforce Lightning API. Public Cloud Certification (e.G., AWS, Azure) and hands-on experience with AWS services is a strong advantage. Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as New Relic, Open telemetry, MuleSoft Runtime. Solid understanding of error handling, versioning, and interface documentation standards. Exposure to Jira, Confluence, and ALM tools, with a focus on platform hygiene and governance. Excellent oral and written communication, presenting, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision making, and problem-solving skills Proactive problem-solving mindset. Ability to work independently and take initiative

Key Responsibilities :
- Execute end-to-end development, from design and implementation to testing and deployment, in an agile environment.
- Partner with Solution Architects and key business stakeholders to refine product vision, estimate effort, and design scalable solutions.
- Design and develop APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Define and manage MuleSoft platform strategy and roadmap.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and implement complex business requirements.
- Lead integration projects using Mule ESB and CloudHub.
- Take ownership of features delivered to production, ensuring they meet performance, reliability, and monitoring standards.
- Guide and mentor junior developers, conduct peer reviews, and promote best practices in documentation and code quality.
- Conduct diagnostics, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Provide mentoring and training on MuleSoft tools and best practices.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and meet performance expectations.
- Document architecture and design for future reference.
