Deliver on EBITA targets and drive Operational Metrics improvements.

Lead projects related to New Product Development (NPD) , Lean Manufacturing , and Cost Optimization .

Ensure successful execution of APQP , PPAP , MSA , FMEA , and Feasibility Studies .

Manage resources effectively, including Working Capital , Capex Planning , and Facility Layout .

Drive initiatives such as TPM , Poka-Yoke , OEE Improvement , Value Stream Mapping , and Debottlenecking .

Ensure robust MIS reporting , Production Planning , Inventory Management , and Supply Chain Coordination .
