About the Role
Sales and Marketing Specialist-B2B SaaS
We are seeking a dynamic professional who can merge B2B SaaS sales expertise with performance marketing skills to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in the fintech space. This role demands a balance of strategic thinking, relationship-building, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
B2B SaaS Sales (Fintech)
Identify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors within fintech.Lead Generation is one of the major KRA.
Research and map potential accounts to understand decision-making hierarchies and buying processes.
Generate 50+ outbound cold calls daily , identifying high-potential prospects and nurturing relationships from initial contact to scheduled meetings.
Proactively source and qualify prospects using Apollo , LinkedIn Sales Navigator , and CRM systems to build and maintain a robust sales funnel.
Create customized sales pitches and demos tailored to client pain points and objectives.
Drive consultative selling — positioning our platform as a solution to client challenges rather than just a product.
Negotiate commercial terms, prepare proposals, and manage contract closures.
Manage post-sales client handover to customer success teams for smooth onboarding.
Track and analyze sales KPIs (win rate, deal velocity, pipeline value) to refine strategy.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline in the CRM and forecast revenue accurately.
Represent the company at fintech events, conferences, and webinars to generate leads and brand visibility.
Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment between sales campaigns and lead generation efforts.
Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms for high-quality lead generation.
Select and implement the right marketing tools to monitor, automate, and improve campaign performance.
Coordinate with external agencies to ensure campaigns meet performance benchmarks.
Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
Build audience targeting strategies to enhance conversion rates.
Other Responsibilities
Stay informed about fintech market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
Contribute to brand-building efforts through thought leadership and content collaboration.
Assist in product positioning and go-to-market strategies for new launches.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in fintech.
Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
Hands-on experience in performance marketing and digital advertising platforms.
Proficiency with CRM tools and marketing analytics software.
Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
