Job Description – AI HFT Developer

About the Role
We are seeking an AI High-Frequency Trading (HFT) Developer to design, build, and optimize ultra-low latency trading systems powered by advanced AI / ML models. This role demands strong programming skills, deep market microstructure knowledge, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of algorithmic trading through data-driven innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement low-latency trading algorithms using AI / ML techniques (LLMs, reinforcement learning, deep learning).
- Develop, test, and deploy execution strategies across equities, futures, crypto, and other asset classes.
- Optimize system performance for nanosecond-level latency using advanced data structures, C++ / Rust / Python, and GPU acceleration.
- Research and integrate AI / ML models for price prediction, sentiment analysis, and order book forecasting.
- Build and maintain real-time market data ingestion pipelines with millisecond-level throughput.
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers and traders to translate trading ideas into production strategies .
- Conduct rigorous backtesting, simulation, and live PnL monitoring of strategies.
- Ensure compliance with risk controls, regulatory requirements, and exchange protocols .
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s / PhD in Computer Science, Quantitative Finance, Engineering, or related field.2+ years of experience in HFT, algorithmic trading, or low-latency systems .Strong expertise in C++ / Rust / Java (for latency-critical components) and Python (for research and ML pipelines).Solid background in machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, or time-series modeling .Experience with market microstructure, order books, FIX protocols, and exchange connectivity .Hands-on experience with GPU computing (CUDA), FPGA optimization, or distributed systems is a plus.Knowledge of cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure) and big data tools (Kafka, Flink, Spark) for data engineering.Strong problem-solving ability with an entrepreneurial mindset and drive for innovation.Nice to Have
