Our core services include website design and development, SEO, SEM, SMM, email marketing, content writing, blog writing, graphic design, logo designing, branding, and online reputation management.Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and others as required for Real Estate business.- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign performance.- Track, measure, and report campaign performance against KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate).- Continuously test ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages for improved conversion rates.- Manage ad budgets efficiently to achieve the best ROI.- Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall digital strategy.- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.Requirements- Proven experience as a performance marketing specialist, freelancer, or similar role.- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid platforms.- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and data reporting tools.- Ability to design, run, and scale campaigns independently.- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and funnel optimization is a plus.- Excellent communication and reporting skills.Engagement Details- Type : Freelance / Project-based- Location : Remote / Flexible- Compensation : Based on experience and performance
