Role description :

Senior Engineer for Engineering (Roadway) Design and 3D modelling for Design & Build and State DoT projects with proficiency in various Bentley tools as mentioned in Mandatory Technical Skills. Will have to carry out design and production highway design CAD production and 3D modeling. Experience in D & B projects concept design Alternative design concepts and detailed design of projects involved in construction have handled Design Build projects for any of international projects. Specific US experience is most desirable.

Role accountabilities :

• Responsible for managing technical aspects of smaller and / or less complex tasks or components of larger tasks meeting financial quality timeframe and health and safety objectives
• Typically assigned to provide a controlling technical role for single discipline on smaller and / or less complex tasks or elements of larger tasks
• Coordinate and manage small teams of single (own) discipline engineers and technicians
• Manage selected tasks taking responsibility for resource allocation and successful delivery
• Preparation / Finalization of various roadway related drawings at various stages of projects;
• Computation of quantities;
• Coaching and mentoring team members
• Knowledge of OpenRoads InRoads MicroStation are essential and other Bentley tools
• Understanding of BIM processes and tools (esp. Bentley)
• Experience in preparing Drawing series using either Microstation or ORD
• Experience with DOT (Department of Transportation Florida Georgia or any other states of US 3D modelling through OpenRoads Technology.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong and effective communicator
• Working in a team environment
• Experience working on international projects. USA projects is desirable Experience in MS Office software including Word Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to provide leadership and technical advice to junior team members
• Have a sound knowledge of relevant design codes legislation hazards and safe systems of work
