Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Intern to support our growing operations team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to logistics, procurement, warehousing, and process improvement within a global supply chain environment. The role is ideal for a graduate student eager to learn and contribute to a sustainability-driven business.

What You’ll Do

Assist in day-to-day supply chain operations including logistics coordination and inventory tracking

Support vendor and supplier engagement for timely material flow

Help monitor warehouse operations, stock levels, and documentation

Coordinate with logistics partners for inbound and outbound shipments

Work with the operations team to prepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics

Participate in process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and reduce costs

Learn and work across procurement, logistics, and cross-functional supply chain activities

Who You Are

Graduate in Commerce / Engineering / Supply Chain / Operations (pursuing or completed)

Strong interest in supply chain, logistics, and operations management

Familiar with MS Excel and comfortable learning ERP or tracking tools

Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn

Proactive, with strong communication and collaboration skills

Passionate about sustainability and operational excellence
