Senior Associate

Role & responsibilities

1. Program Management :   Run end to end program management in a collaborative

manner across functions. Identify problem statements, analyze data, and ensure project

completion within predefined timelines, utilizing various resources and analytical tools.

2. Analysis :   Run analytical processes to derive information, identify themes that lead to

formulating actionable strategies for reducing cost & increasing profitability.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration :   Collaborate with cross functional teams including

marketing, finance, operations, and product development to implement strategic

initiatives. Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

4. Project Execution :   Manage projects from conception to implementation, ensuring

alignment with strategic objectives. Aggregate resources and technical expertise to

empower teams to implement insights effectively.

5. Hands-on Approach :   Visit facilities as needed to identify areas for process innovation

or re-engineering. Provide recommendations for enhancements.
