Key Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and manage
• generative playbooks
• for AI-powered conversational agents.
• Collaborate with product, design, data science, and engineering teams to define and refine conversation flows across different user journeys.
• Develop modular, reusable conversation components using prompt engineering and LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere).
• Continuously test and optimize conversations using user feedback, A / B testing, and analytics.
• Ensure alignment with brand voice, tone, and compliance standards.
