What You’ll Do
- Own the MarTech stack : HubSpot, WordPress, LinkedIn, Google, X.com
- Automate workflows for lead capture, scoring, routing, and attribution
- Build clean data sync across CRM, analytics, and automation systems
- Run targeted campaigns with precise tracking and AI-driven personalization
- Manage SEO + conversion performance in WordPress environments
- Build ROI dashboards tied to pipeline and revenue — not vanity stats
- Implement and optimize Notion as the GTM operating workspace
- Evaluate and integrate new AI / automation tools for faster execution
- Maintain data compliance (GDPR / CCPA) and cybersecurity standards
- Partner closely with sales to improve lead → opportunity velocity
