Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Secretary to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating excellent administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the executive's schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the executive.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Assist in project management and coordination of team activities.
- Conduct research and compile information for decision-making.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders as needed.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Skills and Qualifications
1-4 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and accuracy in work.Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.Familiarity with office equipment and basic IT troubleshooting.Education
