Location : Bandra, Mumbai

Brand : Florian Hurel Salons Private Limited

Experience : 5+ years (Salon / Beauty / Wellness / Hospitality industry preferred)

Type : Full-time, Monday to Saturday. 10 am to 7 pm ✨ About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised Inventory Manager to oversee all stock-related operations for our salon and office.

This role ensures smooth daily functioning, zero stock-outs, and accurate tracking of all products, tools, and consumables. 🔹 Key Responsibilities 1. Salon Inventory Management

Manage stock for hair, colour, beauty & spa products
Monitor product usage post-services
Conduct daily and weekly stock audits
Maintain minimum stock levels and reorder points
Track consumption stylist-wise / department-wise
Prevent wastage and ensure responsible usage

2. Retail Stock Management

Maintain accurate retail inventory

Ensure timely replenishment

Update POS for inward / outward stock

Track fast-moving and slow-moving SKUs

Maintain display, pricing, and barcode consistency

3. Procurement & Coordination

Raise purchase requests and manage vendor orders

Track delivery timelines

Maintain purchase records and bills

Coordinate with management on approvals

4. Office & Admin Inventory

Track office supplies, consumables & pantry items

Maintain stock for administrative and operational needs

5. Reporting & Documentation

Daily stock updates

Weekly audit reports

Monthly consumption & wastage reports

Stock valuation and variance reports

🔸 Who We’re Looking For

Experience in salon / beauty / spa / hospitality inventory (preferred but not mandatory)

Strong organisational and documentation skills

Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

Familiarity with POS systems (Zenoti, Phorest, or similar)

Reliable, detail-oriented, and process-driven
