Were Hiring Manager / Senior Manager International Sales (Europe)

Location : Kolkata (Head Office)

Experience : Minimum 10 years | Industry : FMCG / Tea Export

Madhu Jayanti International Pvt. Ltd., one of India's leading tea exporters with globally loved brands. We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to drive our growth across European markets.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage European market sales, ensuring achievement of revenue and margin goals.
Build and expand Private Label business with top European retailers and distributors.
Develop long-term strategic partnerships and drive new business opportunities.
Travel frequently to Europe for business meetings, trade fairs, and client engagement.

Who We're Looking For :

10+ years of international FMCG sales experience (Europe focus preferred)

Strong background in Private Label & Retail / Distributor management

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Prior experience in Tea / Beverage category will be an added advantage
