Job Location : Chennai
Job Description :
Effectively assist customers by resolving their queries for jewelry products via Whats App Chat & emails.
Update customers when required on order status, delivery details, returns processing & refunds.
Internal coordination with production & design teams to track and manage customer orders statuses.
Co-ordinate jewelry customization briefs with the design & production team and convert the online requests to orders.
Assist Customer on Voice & Video Calls to show Jewelry Products.
Track & measure all customer support tickets and provide weekly updates to the manager.
Ideal Candidate :
Excellent English Communication Skills (Fluency of Tamil & Hindi a bonus)
You are good at multi-tasking.
You love collaborating & working as a team.
You are a go-getter, always up for new challenges.
Love for Jewelry.
Prior experience of working in D2C / e-commerce companies & customer relationship roles is a plus.

Salary Range for this role is 30K-40K INR / month.
