Job description10–15 years of total experience , with strong expertise as a Salesforce Business Analyst. Hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration and proven experience with Salesforce CPQ . Exceptional ability to engage with stakeholders and convert business needs into comprehensive documentation. Outstanding communication skills—both verbal and written. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capability, and documentation skills. Salesforce Administrator or CPQ certifications are a plus (optional). Must be able to work until 3 : 00 AM IST Shift Timing : 6 : 00 PM – 3 : 00 AM IST Commitment : Minimum of 1 year
Job Description : Senior Salesforce CPQ Business Systems Analyst
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce CPQ Business Systems Analyst with strong Salesforce Administration expertise and 10–15 years of overall professional experience . The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define functional specifications, and drive enhancements within the Salesforce CPQ platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce CPQ.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications.
- Work closely with development and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of requirements.
- Lead ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, and optimization of Salesforce CPQ processes.
- Perform detailed impact analyses to ensure solutions align with best practices and business goals.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and issue resolution.
- Provide end-user training, guidance, and documentation to support successful adoption of solutions.
