About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Architect to join our Project Delivery Team and lead the design management, detailing, and project coordination for prestigious developments including luxury hotels, large master-planned villa communities, and high-rise residential / mixed-use projects. The role requires strong design expertise, aesthetic sensitivity, and technical knowledge to deliver high-quality, cost-efficient, and design-compliant outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in feasibility studies, project assessments, and conceptual design development.

Review consultant drawings, specifications, and reports to ensure compliance with project and company standards.

Identify design discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions across architectural, structural, and MEP teams.

Act as the focal point for interdisciplinary design coordination between consultants, owners, and statutory authorities.

Conduct site inspections, approve samples, and ensure design intent and detailing meet industry standards.

Recommend design innovations, sustainability initiatives, and green building practices.

Leverage BIM and AI-driven design tools to improve project accuracy and efficiency.

Prepare accurate project reports, presentations, and documentation for management.

Requirements

10–12 years of proven experience in architectural design & project delivery with reputed developers / consultancies.

Strong track record in luxury hospitality, residential, or mixed-use real estate projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), SketchUp, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop, MS Office.

Familiarity with green building design principles & environmental certifications (IGBC / LEED / GRIHA).

Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and presentation skills.

Deep knowledge of IS codes, detailing, and material technologies.

Ability to balance design creativity with technical feasibility and cost efficiency.
