Senior Social Media Manager

• Complete Social Media Management for a brand. Ranging from strategy plans execution and monitoring the results
  
• Corporate blogging; Track industry-relevant blogs; Generate leads;
  
• Strategize for different industry segments like Fashion Real Estate Restaurant IT Phone/Android applications and much more
  
• Measure and monitor social activity- find out what works tweak and improve communications tactics campaigns
  
• Develop creative innovative and relevant campaigns to achieve business objectives and create ideas on social media viral marketing
  
• Deliver regular dashboards on the performance of the social media accounts and derive insights that could be used to inform or evolve the social media strategy.
  
• Monitor respond and engage with the community on a daily basis and provide customer service wherever necessary
  
• Interact with designers copywriters content writers to come up with the best content for clients
  
• Conduct timely competitor analysis for all brands to ensure they are updated with trends.
  
• Initiate and set up meetings with clients regularly to keep them updated.
  
• Communicate with clients always and maintain good relationships
  
• Meet deadlines and report to senior managers clients as and when required

Required Skills:

Desired Candidate Profile: Graduation is a must; postgraduate qualification in Communications Marketing or related field is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital marketing or creative agency with at least 2 years in a team lead or managerial role. Proven ability to manage multiple brands and deliver creative excellence across projects. Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team building and performance management. Requirements: Exceptional conceptualization and writing skills with a solid understanding of brand strategy and digital marketing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to internal teams and clients.
