We are seeking a skilled Senior Loyalty Program Specialist with minimum 2 years of experience in designing and managing customer loyalty programs. Consumer electrical industry experience would be a bonus. The ideal candidate possesses technical expertise, IT proficiency, and data analytics capabilities to optimize loyalty initiatives and enhance customer engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute loyalty strategies to drive customer lifetime value and brand affinity.
- Leverage data analytics to assess program performance and deliver actionable insights.
- Collaborate with IT, marketing, and operations teams to integrate loyalty platforms with existing systems.
- Manage CRM systems and ensure data accuracy for personalized customer experiences.
- Design and manage QR portal functionality to enhance program accessibility and ease of use.
- Monitor and improve QR code-based loyalty transactions and ensure system reliability.
- Innovate loyalty solutions based on industry trends, technology advancements, and customer feedback.
- Monitor sales performance through and design new schemes / offers for various product categories to boost engagement.
- Train the sales team on the app's functions and processes to ensure smooth onboarding and an excellent user experience.
- Monitor and ensure smooth functioning of the app, including identifying and implementing enhancements.
