Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Business Development Executive based in Bhubaneswar, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and maintaining effective communication with clients. Day-to-day tasks include networking, attending meetings, developing proposals, and collaborating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

New Business Development and Lead Generation skills

Strong Business and Account Management skills

Excellent Communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Experience in the digital marketing or media industry is a plus
