QA Analyst

Department : Quality

Core responsibilities :

• Identifying and documenting test scenarios for existing systems and new features
• Executing tests cases and scenarios, using manual and automated processes
• Performing and managing full system regression testing, using manual and automated processes
• Be familiar with and competent in test methodologies, and be able to apply these to real life scenarios
• Maintaining the bi- weekly test schedule, implementing new test strategies
• Working with the internal Software Development team
• Recording problems and their solutions for future reference
• Demonstrating new system features to internal teams
• Liaising with Client Services and their Venue Support teams to understand the issues that they are facing on a daily basis
• Assisting the Product Development team with existing and proposed features on all products, and any new projects that may arise
• Working within and maintaining the guidelines as set by the Product Development Manager Core
