Job descriptionDemonstrate Knowledge of the Workday Recruiting module and take the lead to drive configuration changes for the recruiting module and other team members as needed.Collaborate with the HR Technology team on identifying system inefficiencies and defects. Successfully engage and support key stakeholders through all phases of the projects and independent units of work.Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday releases and provide suggestions around use cases accordingly.Recommend the best solution based on the requirements, budget, and time frame, with the flexibility to adapt the scope as additional needs are identified.Work with multiple workstreams, integration teams, and business organizations to ensure cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigated.Facilitate effective brainstorming and design sessions; anticipate how potential ideas may play out in the organization and what behaviors it will drive.Follow company defined change control processes to implement the changes and solutions.
