Senior SAP IBP Consultant Location : Remote, IndiaEngagement Type : Full-Time Client Industry : Life SciencesOverviewWe are seeking a Senior SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Consultant to join our global delivery team supporting a leading Life Sciences customer transitioning from SAP APO to SAP IBP. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise across Demand, Supply, and Inventory Planning modules and proven experience leading IBP implementations and migrations.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end SAP IBP implementation and APO-to-IBP migration activities for a large life sciences client.Configure and enhance IBP modules including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP.Translate business requirements into functional design and align solutions with SAP best practices.Collaborate with onshore teams in the U. S. and customer stakeholders across multiple time zones.Manage data integration and interfaces between ECC / S / 4 HANA and IBP (CPI-DS, SDI, or CI-DS).Support data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and cutover readiness.Develop user training materials and support post go-live hypercare and enhancements.Provide subject matter expertise on supply chain planning optimization and process improvement initiatives.Required Skills & Experience10+ years of experience in SAP Supply Chain Planning (APO / IBP).5+ years of hands-on SAP IBP implementation experience (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP).At least one full-cycle migration from APO to IBP.Strong integration knowledge with SAP ECC or S / 4 HANA.Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate in a global delivery model (Onsite–Offshore).Experience in life sciences or pharma industry preferred.Nice to HaveFamiliarity with APO PP / DS or SNP modules.SAP IBP certification.Hands-on experience with CPI-DS integration and template rollout projects.Exposure to S / 4 HANA Manufacturing and Supply Chain integration scenarios.Why JoinWork with a global SAP delivery team on a cutting-edge Life Sciences transformation project.Opportunity to collaborate directly with U.
