Key Responsibilities :

Call and follow up with franchise outlets to ensure on-time royalty payments

Manage reminders, escalations, and reconciliations of dues

Maintain accurate records of payments and outstanding amounts

Report to management on collection status and delays

Build strong professional relationships while ensuring compliance

Requirements :

Past experience as a Recovery Agent for debit / credit card collections (BFSI sector preferred)

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Experience in tele-calling, negotiation, and handling payment delays

Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM tools)

Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
