Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and enhance the customer experience.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.

  • Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM tools.
  • Basic technical knowledge of the products and services offered by the company.
