    Must-Have

    (Ideally should not be more than 5-7)

  • Minimum 10-15 Years Experience in Active Directory & Entra ID
  • Active Directory Migration :
  • Lead and execute Active Directory migration projects, including planning, execution, and post-migration support.
  • Develop and implement migration strategies for transitioning from on-premises AD to Entra ID or hybrid environments.
  • Conduct assessments of existing AD environments and create detailed migration plans.
  • Should have experience in migration tools e.g ADMT, Quest etc
  • Entra ID Integration :
  • Design, implement, and manage Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) solutions, including user provisioning, synchronization, and single sign-on (SSO).
  • Integrate Entra ID with on-premises AD and other systems to ensure seamless user and access management.
  • Configure and manage conditional access policies, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and other security features in Entra ID.
  • AD Connect / Entra ID Connect :
  • Administer and support AD Connect and Entra ID Connect tools for directory synchronization and hybrid identity management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AD Connect, Entra ID Connect, and synchronization processes.
  • Ensure the successful integration of on-premises AD with Entra ID using these tools, including setup, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Certificate Services :
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS), including certificate issuance, renewal, and revocation.
  • Windows OS Expertise :
  • Administer and support Windows operating systems (Windows Server and Windows client versions) in an enterprise environment.
  • Ensure proper configuration and optimization of Windows OS to support AD and Entra ID integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Windows OS issues related to Active Directory and Entra ID.
  • Technical Expertise :
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for complex AD, Entra ID, and Windows OS issues, including replication, authentication, and performance problems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for AD, Entra ID, and Windows OS configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Security & Compliance :
  • Ensure AD, Entra ID, and Windows OS environments comply with organizational security policies and industry regulations.
  • Implement and manage security best practices for AD, Entra ID, and Windows OS, including auditing, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Stakeholder Engagement :
  • Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and vendors to gather requirements and deliver migration solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the migration lifecycle, including user training and support.
  • Project Management :
  • Manage and coordinate migration projects, including resource planning, scheduling, and risk management.
